Annual General Meeting 2019
We refer to the IECU invitation dated May 24th, 2019 the 2019 IECU Annual General Meeting in El Balis, Spain, on Thursday August 8th, 2019. Place and time will be announced during the event but the objective will be to start 30 minutes after protest time of the day.

1. Approval of the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
2. Report of the President.
3. Report of the Treasurer and V.P. Administration.
4. Report of the V.P. Technical.
5. Report of the V.P Racing.
6. Proposals from the Council and from National Associations.

6.2.1 Application to host 2019 Europe Class Winter European Championship to be CLUB VELA BLANES, Spain between 2nd and 5th January 2020. Appendix 1.
6.2.2 Application to host 2020 Europe Class Winter European Championship to be CLUB NAUTIQUE DE LA CROISETTE, Cannes, France between 26th and 30th December 2020. Appendix 2.
6.2.3 Application to host 2021 Europe Class Open Week and World Championship to be
Koninklijke Yacht Club Nieuwpoort, Belgium, dates to be confirmed in a later stage. Appendix 3.
7.1 Council members were vacancies exist:
7.1.1 V.P. Technical Mr. Jarek Plaszczyca has received a nomination in Appendix 4.
7.1.2 V.P. Administration Mr. Jorma Heiskanen has received a nomination in Appendix 4.
8. Discussion items.
2019 a Technical Forum, chaired by the V.P. Technical Mr. Jarek Plaszczyca followed back to
back by a 2019 Racing Forum, chaired by the President Mr. Paul Depoorter will be held Tuesday August 6th in El Balis, Spain. Place and time will be announced during the event but the objective will be to start 30 minutes after protest time of the day.
